I have found a really a way to help me save money and reduce waste of printer cartridges. Walgreen's has a way you can refill your printer cartridges while you wait unless they have changed the prices a black cartridge is $10 and a color is $15. I have only had 2 that couldn't be filled, one was a photo cartridge it was worth a shot those are expensive. We also have another place that gets cartridges that have been sent back in for refill at the manufacture, and they sell them at half the cost of a % off what a new one would cost.
I know there are several places in our community that you can drop used cartridges off for recycle. Check around in your area and see what you can find.
