Copywrite Info

If you have noticed at the bottom of my page we are now copy write protected.  If you link to my post that will be fine but any information used with out prior consent will be against my copy write thanks for the understanding!  If you link my to a post you are doing please drop me a message that you did thanks, would be glad to visit your blog in return ;)
